Featured Projects
Whole Slide Histology Deep Learning Viewer
Web-based whole slide image viewer which utilises OpenSeadragon to allow users to view the predictions of deep learning models on the CAMELYON16 open dataset, with the ability to zoom, pan and toggle prediction overlays. See more about the build here.
NatBat – Automated Bat Monitoring Device
Built an automated bat monitoring device (automated motion and ultrasonic audio capture) alongside a group of 6 others for the purpose of automating aspects of bat surveying, for a local environmental consultancy EcoLogic. Project involved designing, 3D printing and assembling all components, as well as software development on a raspberry pi to handle the motion capture and audio capture, as well as post-processing of data using computer vision and DL for tasks such as a species identification.
